Key 2 Impact Pty Ltd

Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These Website Terms of Use apply to the public K2i Workplace Leadership website operated by Key 2 Impact Pty Ltd (ABN 94 608 612 755) (K2i, we, us or our). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These are interim website and Foundation 30 terms only. They do not form the future agreement for paid K2i services, employer access, employee services, subscriptions, implementation, training, Standards content or other production services. If you later decide to purchase or use a K2i service, separate terms, pricing, scope and acceptance requirements will apply.

About the website

The website provides general information about K2i Workplace Leadership and allows eligible trade businesses to register interest in the controlled K2i Foundation 30 launch. Website information may change as K2i completes testing and develops the service.

Foundation 30 is not a commitment

Submitting or reserving a Foundation 30 place is an expression of interest only. It does not require you to buy K2i, does not create a binding obligation to proceed, and you may change your mind. It also does not guarantee that K2i will offer your business a Foundation 30 place. K2i may contact you to understand your business, discuss suitability, explain the launch or offer next steps. Any commercial commitment arises only if the parties later agree to separate written terms or another clearly accepted agreement.

Foundation 30 benefits and availability

References to preferred launch pricing, priority access or early-access advantages describe the current controlled-launch intention only. Exact pricing, inclusions, availability, timing and future terms may be provided separately before any purchase decision. K2i may change, pause or close the Foundation 30 intake where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No professional or legal advice

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, employment, workplace relations, work health and safety, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. K2i workplace Standards, examples or explanations are intended to make workplace requirements easier to understand and organise; they do not replace applicable legislation, regulations, codes, licences, technical standards, regulator requirements, professional advice or an employer’s own legal and safety responsibilities.

Accuracy and availability

K2i aims to keep public information accurate and useful, but the website is being used during a controlled launch and may be updated. To the extent permitted by law, K2i does not guarantee that every page, feature, description, availability date or future capability will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. If a statement is material to a decision to purchase K2i, confirm it with us before relying on it.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, K2i name and branding, copy, graphics, designs, videos, product demonstrations, systems, documents and other materials are owned by or licensed to Key 2 Impact Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation of K2i. You must not reproduce, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative materials from protected K2i content except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, use automated methods in a way that materially burdens the service, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, websites, hosting platforms or tools. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean K2i guarantees or controls the third-party service.

Australian Consumer Law and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Liability

Subject to the paragraph above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, K2i is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general information on the public website. Where K2i’s liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These website terms are not intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Your use of the website and any Foundation 30 registration is also subject to the K2i Privacy Policy available on this website.

Changes

K2i may update these Website Terms as the controlled launch develops. The current version and last updated date will be published on this website. Material terms for any future paid K2i service will be provided separately and will not be imposed merely by changing these website terms.

Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Victoria, subject to any rights you have under laws that apply regardless of this clause.
